Daniel Karlsson is a Founding Partner at ARC Group’s consulting division and is currently based in the Vietnam office. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises European companies on market entry, expansion, sourcing strategy, and cross-border M&A across Asia. Daniel has worked with over 100 companies on localization, partnerships, and operational setup, and has coordinated public–private initiatives between European governments and Asian markets.
Daniel holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
