Tony has worked for the Maersk Group for 16 years, his current role is Intermodal Product Manager, in charge of develop inland logistics products in the Greater China Area. He has been on his current role since September 2018. His latest role prior to this appointment is Head of Terminal Equipment Category Management, APMT Procurement, located in Shanghai, in charge of procurement of terminal handling equipment and spare parts globally.

Tony started his Maersk journey in 2003 in Dalian office and became a MISE Trainee in 2004. Since then he has been working for Maersk Line, Damco and APMT (Group Procurement) in various functions and locations. His main experiences have been in the areas of procurement and general management with extensive experience in China and overseas, which includes assignments in Dalian, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Shanghai, Rotterdam and Copenhagen, Denmark.

Qiqi Xia is the Head of Sales of NTS (New Times International Transport Services Co., Ltd.), a top ranking airfreight masterloader in China. During the special period of time when the logistics market is severely impacted by the corona virus, Qiqi has been actively involved in many adhoc solutions.

Before joining NTS, Qiqi was the Head of Project Logistics in Damco Asia Pacific especially specialized in intergrated solution. She has a strong insights in many areas including SEA/AIR, TRUCK/AIR, cross-bording trucking from China to SEA and EUR as well as airfreight charters. Qiqi has more than 7 years career experience in Maersk and was a core member of the Greater China management team.

Gao Jian joined Damco in Jul 2016 as PRNC airfreight product Manager, and accept Greater China Airfreight product Manager Mar 1st 2017. Before he joined in Damco, he worked for Panalpina SHA Branch for 15 years in various Air Freight positions such as Import & Export Customer Service, Hi-tech vertical and general management positions. His last position in Panalpina was Air Freight Manager.

Gao Jian has extensive experience and expertise in modern International Airfreight transportation & modem integrated logistics. Gao Jian experience in various management positions, strong relationship with business partners and providing professional guidance to leading team achieve high performance.

Justin Barrow is the Managing Director of NTS China, an Air Freight subsidiary of Damco. He has worked in various roles in the China logistics industry for 22 years, participating in the massive changes that have taken place since the early 1990’s.

Justin is originally from California and Indiana and is a Rutger’s MBA graduate.
