Hudson comes from a background of six year’s public accountant in a “Big 4” accounting firm, three year's as finance manager for an A-share listed electronic manufacture in China, and 7 year’s as Head of China Corporate Accounting in a European professional service firm in China. He is an experienced CPA registered in China Association of Certified Public Accountants. He has an MBA degree from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Hudson is a native Chinese-speaker (Mandarin) and is fluent in English.

Sergio is a relationship manager focused on identifying and generating new business, with a clear focus on establishing and maintaining a strong client relationship at an international level. He has excellent product knowledge in the financial services industry which includes advice on company formation across different jurisdictions, trust and estate planning solutions, fund structuring and capital markets solutions.

He has been 13 years with Amicorp based in London, Singapore and Kazakhstan nowadays. Currently he spends a lot of time in Kazakhstan developing the Central Asian market.

A renowned new-generation stock commentator and fund manager in Hong Kong, he is active in various international media such as Bloomberg, TVB, Now TV Finance Channel, Cable TV, First Financial, and et-net, serving as a regular guest host. He also writes investment columns for multiple newspapers and magazines. With nearly 20 years of practical market experience, he has previously held senior positions in asset management, including head of the research department. As a fund manager, he has managed equity funds, bond funds, and thematic private equity funds focused on sectors such as TMT, real estate, mining, and cultural industries. He has established his own valuation model and is adept at the top-down approach, capable of in-depth macroeconomic analysis to identify high-quality targets, while also capturing trading opportunities by following market trends.

Winnie has been an investor relations professional in listed companies in Hong Kong for over a decade. Currently the CIO / IR for JS Group, Winnie started her career in European investment banks in London and moved up the career ladder to work in Investor Relations in listed companies in Hong Kong. She has worked closely with the Capital Markets in the capacity as the lead investor relations person in the firms she worked in.
