The Norwegian Business Association China is delighted to extend an invitation to all our members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2025, scheduled for the 27th of March 2025. The AGM is set to approve the Annual Report of 2024, including the statement of accounts, and to elect the Board of Directors and the Chairperson. It will also review the accomplishments of the past year, set objectives for the upcoming year, and provide an opportunity to meet both new and old friends.
Before the AGM kicks off, we are pleased to arrange a pre-meeting for our members. We are honored to have guests from the Embassy, Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Fisheries, Consulate General in Shanghai, Innovation Norway, and the Norwegian Seafood Council to share with us the latest updates on some of the most relevant topics for the Norwegian business community, including updates on Norway-China bilateral relations, trade and trends, export figures, etc.
Are You Our Next Board Member or Chairperson?
We encourage all corporate members to send their nominations for potential Board members and the Chairperson to us by 1st March 2025. Corporate members who would like to contribute to the Norwegian business community are encouraged to put forward their candidacy for election. Please notify us via Sherry@norwegianbusiness.onmicrosoft.com as soon as possible and preferably before the aforementioned date.
Changes to Articles of Association
We encourage our members who would like to propose changes to the Articles of Association to send these to the Administration by 1st March 2025, so they can be included in the documentation which will be sent to members in advance.
Documents related to AGM will be sent to members 2 weeks prior to the meeting
