The Norwegian Business Association China is delighted to invite all members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026, scheduled for 26 March 2026. This year, we will continue with a hybrid approach: an in-person AGM in Shanghai—where we will present the NBA Annual Report 2025, review the past year's accomplishments, and set objectives for the year ahead—combined with an online board election ahead of the AGM to ensure broader participation and inclusivity.

On 12 March, we will distribute the candidate materials together with the online voting link to each NBA member. Voting will remain open until 24 March, after which the results will be prepared for ratification during the in-person AGM in Shanghai. The final results will also be announced on our social media channels after the AGM on 27 March. This online approach helps ensure broader participation among our members and supports a leadership team that reflects the voices of our growing community.

Before the AGM begins, we are also pleased to host a pre-meeting for members. We are honored to welcome guests from Team Norway partners to share the latest updates on topics most relevant to the Norwegian business community.

Are You Our Next Board Member or Chairperson?

We encourage all corporate members to submit nominations for potential Board Members and the Chairperson by 1 March 2026. Corporate members who would like to contribute to the Norwegian business community are warmly invited to put forward their candidacy.

To support the election process, please send the following candidate info to the Administration at Sherry@norwegianbusiness.onmicrosoft.com as early as possible (and preferably by the date above):

• A profile picture
• A short biography including name & title
• A short video presentation (maximum 1 minute)

Changes to the Articles of Association

Members who would like to propose changes to the Articles of Association are encouraged to send their proposals to the Administration by 1 March 2026, so they can be included in the documentation distributed to members in advance.
