The Norwegian Business Association China is delighted to extend an invitation to all our members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2024, scheduled for the 21st of March 2024.

The AGM is set to approve the Annual Report of 2023, including the statement of accounts, and to elect the Board of Directors and the Chairperson. It will also review the accomplishments of the past year, set objectives for the upcoming year, and provide an opportunity to meet both new and old members.

Prior to the AGM, we are pleased to organize a pre-meeting for our members. This session will cover the latest developments on topics of significant relevance, including China-Norway relations, market outlook for the year, etc. Please stay tuned for more details about the program on our social media platforms.

Are You Our Next Board Member or Chairperson?

We encourage all corporate members to submit nominations for potential board members and the Chairperson to be elected at the AGM by the 1st of March. Corporate members interested in contributing to the Norwegian business community are welcome to present their candidacy for election. If you have a candidate in mind, please inform us at as soon as possible, and preferably before the aforementioned date.

Proposals for Changes to the Articles of Association

Members wishing to propose amendments to the Articles of Association should send their suggestions to the Administration by the 1st of March. This will allow for their inclusion in the documentation to be distributed to members in advance.

Documents related to the AGM will be dispatched to members two weeks prior to the meeting.
