What is Norwegian business culture and where is it coming from? Why are my Norwegian colleagues behaving so differently from me? How can I understand them better and make sure they understand me? In this 4-hour workshop, we will dive into Norwegian business environments seen from a Chinese perspective. Through discussions and exercises, we will share our experiences and seek to understand more about what is going on, why, and how we can improve productivity, relationships, and make the workplace a more enjoyable one.

About the faculty

Thomas is a Norwegian-Chinese leader of technology companies, strategy consultant, entrepreneur, and certified executive coach, working in a range of industries and roles in Scandinavia and Asia. Today, he is based in the greater Shanghai region, supporting Nordic companies through strategic analysis, innovation, leadership development, and transformation.
