With business operations being resumed and normal life gradually back to normal, we are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2020 will be held on 28 April at Westin Hotel Bund Center. The meeting will start sharply at 6pm with Ambassador Ms. Signe Brudeset joining online as our guest speaker.

Norwegian Business Association China is pleased to invite all our members and friends of NBA to attend the AGM. The AGM shall approve the annual report 2019, statement of accounts, balance sheet, budget 2020, as well as elect the Board of directors and the Chairman. Documentation will be sent to members in due time.

Safety is the top priority for NBA during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the administration team and BoD have been closely monitoring the latest regulations and suggestions from the authority as well as the Consulate to ensure the AGM is in line with the regulations and guidelines. The number of attendees has been managed to be in line with the local regulation, and in order to best protect the well-being of our members & guests, the following safety measures will be placed:

• We have selected a spacious ballroom, so that social distancing could be practiced.
• Hand sanitizers will be offered.
• The 'Green Code', or other equivalent safety pass will be requested by Westin.
