Norwegian technologies are shining a spotlight on the role of emerging technologies to support a green transition of the maritime sector into a sustainable future. On 10th of November, NBA is delighted to invite experts from DNV, Jotun, Kongsberg Maritime and Ulstein to share with us their latest insights regarding Maritime Technologies - Energy Efficiency & Operation Optimization. Ying Chen graduated from Shanghai Maritime University, majored in electrical engineering and automation. He also holds MBA degree of Fudan University. His career with Kongsberg started as a service engineer, responsible for commissioning and delivering of Kongsberg systems on board when Kongsberg Maritime Shanghai office was established in 2004. As development of Kongsberg business in China, he is currently in charge of offshore business as Head of Offshore Segment, and also takes the responsibility to follow up the offshore market trend in Japan since 2018.

Lucy started her journey in maritime industry in 2008, firstly in Norwegian Ship-owner company as assistant project manager for new building projects in China and Norway. Later in 2012, Lucy took the role in Ulstein, where the team achieve extensive cooperations with big Ship-building groups in China within the segments of offshore oil&gas, cruise and renewable energy.
