As we approach the International Day of the Girl Child (11 October), the Norwegian Consulate General in Shanghai and the Norwegian Business Association China (NBA China) and are pleased to invite you to an evening discussion on the transformative power of girls' education and its role in shaping future female leaders. The event will bring together students, professionals, and community leaders to explore how education, mentorship, and inclusive environments can empower women to lead and thrive in both Norway and China.

Norway has long championed gender equality, quality education, and women's participation in decision-making. Through keynote conversations, a panel discussion, and networking opportunities, we will explore how leadership is developed, the challenges women continue to face, and what practical steps can be taken to foster female leadership in society and the workplace.
