NBA China has received frequent questions from member companies about the Norwegian visa process—particularly business visa applications—and how procedures work in practice.
To support our members with clearer guidance, NBA China, with the support of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Beijing and its Visa Team, is pleased to host an exclusive online information meeting. This session offers a valuable opportunity for NBA members to hear directly from the Embassy's visa experts, gain a clearer understanding of common visa-related issues, and get practical guidance on how to navigate typical scenarios more efficiently.
The session will be presented by Mr. Pål Johansen, Head of the Visa Team, who will provide an overview of Norwegian visa procedures with a special focus on business visa applications, relevant visa types, work permits, and illustrative examples. The presentation will be followed by a live Q&A, allowing members to raise questions and clarify uncertainties.
To protect privacy and ensure the discussion remains useful, the Q&A will be conducted in a moderated written format. Participants will be invited to submit questions in writing during the session, and a moderator will screen questions to avoid sharing personal or case-specific information.
