Innovation Norway, together with our Team Norway partners, is pleased to invite members of the Norwegian Business Association China to join the official Norwegian business delegation to Shanghai on 5–6 November 2026. The delegation is organised in connection with the visit of Norway's Minister of Trade and Industry, Cecilie Myrseth, to China.

As members of the delegation, participants will join the Minister, Norwegian business leaders and Team Norway in a two-day programme.

Preliminary programme highlights:

• Company visits: Planned visits to leading Chinese technology companies, with insight into areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics and digital commerce.
• Reception: A reception at the Consul General's residence with representatives from Norwegian and Chinese business communities is planned.
• China International Import Expo (CIIE): The programme is expected to include the opening of Norway's national pavilion with the Minister of Trade and Industry, as well as insights into the Chinese economy, market trends and industrial development.
• Norwegian Seafood Gala 2026: The delegation concludes on the evening of 6 November with the Norwegian Seafood Gala, hosted by the Norwegian Business Association China. The gala is a festive and important meeting place for the Norwegian and Chinese business communities in China.

Participation in the delegation is an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, meet new partners and engage with Norwegian and Chinese decision-makers as part of Team Norway.
