Ms. Addy Zhu has served as General Manager of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Vice President of Global Human Resources for Honeywell Intelligent Building Technologies Group, supporting human resource strategy and management for enterprises with over 10,000 employees across R&D, marketing, supply chain and sales operations in more than 50 countries worldwide.

Ms. Addy Zhu has also held senior human resources leadership positions at other Fortune 500 companies, including Intel, Coca-Cola and Nestlé.

Beyond her corporate roles, Ms. Addy Zhu is a distinguished advisor to the Think Tank Committee of the Semco Style Institute China. She has been a keynote speaker, panelist and moderator at numerous human resources forums, and has participated in the sHero public welfare initiative. She also serves as a visiting lecturer on leadership and human resource management at institutions including IBSS.

Ms. Addy Zhu is an Amazon-certified instructor in innovation and leadership. She holds an MBA from Fudan University and BI Norwegian Business School, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

With a global mindset, Ms. Addy Zhu has led and participated in numerous major business transformations, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. She has accumulated rich practical cases and profound insights in organizational strategy design, leadership transformation and development, organizational culture design, employee experience design, and organizational productivity enhancement.

Ms. Zhou Wenqian is currently the Head of Section of Renewables at DNV Energy Systems China. She joined DNV in 2007 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the oil & gas and renewable energy industries. Since 2021, she has been responsible for the business development of DNV Energy System’s decarbonization & digitalization services in China, covering decarbonization consulting, renewable energy, hydrogen and green fuels, CCUS, ESG, digitalization, etc. She participated in DNV's Global Energy Transition Outlook 2060 research program as the representative for China during 2020 to 2026. She graduated from BI-Fudan MBA program in 2017.

Kelly Xie is Head of TOMRA Recycling China, leading the company’s efforts to advance resource recovery and circular economy solutions in one of the world’s largest recycling markets. With more than 10 years of experience in the recycling industry, she has developed deep expertise in China’s waste management ecosystem, recycling value chains, and the transformation of materials from waste into valuable resources.
Throughout her career, Kelly has played an active role in supporting the modernization of China’s recycling sector, particularly in accelerating the transition from a traditional linear economy to a more sustainable and circular model.

TOMRA, founded in Norway in 1972, is a global leader in circular economy technologies, providing advanced collection and sorting solutions that help recover valuable materials and reduce waste. As a representative of TOMRA in China, Kelly is passionate about fostering collaboration between industry, government, and society to create a more resource-efficient future.
Kelly holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School, giving her both a strong connection to Norway and a global perspective on sustainability, innovation, and business leadership.

Dr. Cui has over 30 years of professional experience at Fortune Global 500 multinational high-tech enterprises, including six years working in the United States and Canada. He has served at companies including AT&T (then the world’s largest telecommunications equipment and services provider), Ericsson (then the world’s largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer), Intel (the world’s largest semiconductor company), and IBM (the world’s largest computer technology and services provider). He possesses extensive practical experience in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, enterprise digital transformation, and international corporate operations and management.

Over the past eight years, Dr. Cui has served as Director of Product and Ecosystem for Cloud Computing and Watson AI Platform, IBM Greater China, where he was fully responsible for product line strategic planning, project implementation, and the development of industrial ecosystems. Prior to this, he held key executive positions including General Manager of IBM Smarter Workforce, Greater China, where he led the operation of the human resources management SaaS business segment and drove the implementation of the group’s global market transformation strategy.
