Helen is a public policy expert specializing in China’s social and industrial policies, with a strong focus on market intelligence and policy analysis. Prior to joining CMG, she worked as a management consultant in a boutique consultancy in Beijing, as well as labour policies in the United Nations Headquarters in New York, and economic policies in the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva.
Helen holds a PhD in Organization Studies based on empirical research in China from the University of St. Gallen, an MSc in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BSc in Economics and Finance from Tsinghua University.
Mr. Jack Lee

Jack is specialized in geopolitics with a strong focus on Chinese foreign policy, US-China relations as well as Southeast Asian affairs. His professional background spans market analysis, policy research and editorial work with roles at both academic and industry institutions. Immediately prior to CMG, Jack worked at Airbus China’s CEO/COO’s office. Fluent in multiple languages, Jack is adept at bridging cultural and analytical perspectives to effectively interpret Chinese political and economic developments.

Prior to CMG, Alex worked for the Postal Savings Bank of China (HQ), the International Data Corporation (Beijing) as well as Liquidity Capital Co., Ltd., a tech-investor, conducting market and company research to evaluate investment opportunities in banking, ICT, enterprise services and Fintech.
