The Annual General Meeting of the Norwegian Business Association China will be held on the 27th of March 2025. We will combine both an offline AGM in Shanghai—where we will present the NBA Annual Report for 2024, review the accomplishments of the past year, and set objectives for the upcoming year—with the new online voting system before the AGM to ensure broader participation and inclusivity. We have released the candidate materials together with the online voting link separately to each NBA member for voting. The results will be announced during the offline AGM in Shanghai on 27 March.

The final results will also be publicly announced on our social media channels after the offline AGM on March 27. This new approach will ensure broader participation in NBA China's governance, helping our leadership reflect the voices of our growing community.

Before the AGM kicks off, we are pleased to arrange a pre-meeting for our members. We are honored to have guests from the Norwegian Embassy, Consulate General in Shanghai, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Seafood Council and NORWEP to share with us the latest updates on some of the most relevant topics for the Norwegian business community, including updates on Norway-China bilateral relations, trade and trends, export figures, etc.
