About CBAM:

CBAM, in effect since October 1st, 2023, requires EU importers to report emissions embedded in certain goods, including steel, iron, aluminum, fertilizer, and hydrogen products. By 2026, importers must surrender CBAM certificates corresponding to reported emissions, potentially affecting trade between China and Europe.
