The Norwegian Business Association China is delighted to extend an invitation to all our members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2024, scheduled for the 21st of March 2024.

The AGM is set to approve the Annual Report of 2023, including the statement of accounts, and to elect the Board of Directors and the Chairperson. It will also review the accomplishments of the past year, set objectives for the upcoming year, and provide an opportunity to meet both new and old members.

Before the Annual General Meeting begins, we are pleased to arrange a pre-meeting for our members. We are honored to have H.E. Signe Brudeset, Norway's Ambassador to China, joining us, along with guests from other Team Norway Partners. They will share with us the latest updates on some of the most relevant topics, including the bilateral relations between Norway and China

We encourage all corporate members to submit nominations for potential board members and the Chairperson to be elected at the AGM. Corporate members interested in contributing to the Norwegian business community are welcome to present their candidacy for election. If you have a candidate in mind, please inform us at administration@norbachina.com as soon as possible.

Documents related to the AGM will be dispatched to members two weeks prior to the meeting on 7th March.
